"I believe that how we deal with adversities in life is largely influenced by our experiences during our childhood, because childhood is when our mind, our fundamental beliefs about the world, and our view on others and self were formed. However, the coping mechanisms and beliefs we learn through our experiences in childhood are not all necessarily helpful in our current life, and that is where we all need help."
